Ingredients
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. splenda
- 1/2 c. splenda brown sugar
- 3/4 c. cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. low fat buttermilk
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. hot strong black coffee
Directions

e heat oven to 350. Grease 10 cup bundt pan with non stick cooking spray, set aside.

Blend flour, baking powder, baking soda, splenda, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in large mixing bowl.

Combine buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and coffee in a small bowl. Add to flour mixture using electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. About 2 minutes.

Pour batter into bundt pan. Bake 30-35 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan 5 minutes.
