Garden Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat garlic-herb cheese spread (cream cheese)
  • 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped seeded tomatoes
  • 1/1/4 cups julienned fresh spinach
  • 3/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
  • 2 bacon strips. cooked & crumbled
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely ground pepper

Directions

  1. Spread tow TBSP cheese spread over each tortilla.

  2. Sprinkle with tomatoes, spinach, red pepper, bacon, and pepper.

  3. Roll up tightly.
