Sassy Chicken & Peppers

Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz each)
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 4 tsp canola oil, divided
- 1 small onion, halved & sliced
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, julienned
- 1/2 small sweet red pepper, julienned
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 TBSP lime juice
Directions

Sprinkle chicken with seasoning.

In a nonstick skillet, cook chicken in 2 tsp oil over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or til juices run clear.

Remove and keep warm.

Saute onions & peppers in the remaining oil til crisp-tender.

Stir in salsa & lime juice.

Spoom mixture over chicken.
