Ingredients
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warn water (not boiling)
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Let sit for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix Bisquick with 1/2 cup water.

Add yest to it and mix together.

Add extra Bisquick if dough is sticky (should be soft, but not sticky).

Divide dough into 1/4ths.

Roll out (using Bisquick on counter) into a rectangle shape about 12 × 6 inches.

Brush with melted butter & sprinkle with cinnamon – sugar mixture.

Roll up along long edge.

Cut into 1 inch slices.

Place on greased cookie sheet (one with a 1 inch lip).

Brush tops with butter and sprinkle remaining sugar mixture on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Cool slightly and remove from pan.
