Ingredients
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix with pudding
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 TBSP milk
- 2 cups chilled whipping cream
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions

Bake cake in 2 round pans with removable bottoms. Spread one layer with 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese frosting.

Top with layer of sliced strawberries.

Place remaining cake layer on top.

Spread thin layer of frosting on sides of cake.

Place remaining froating in a decorating bag with large open star tip (#4B – Wilton’s).

Pipe vertical rows on side of cake.

Arrange sliced strawberries on top of cake.

Refrigerate cake.

Frosting:

Beat cream cheese and milk in a chilled bowl on low speed til smooth.

Beat in whipping cream & powdered sugar.

Beat on high speed til stiff peaks form.
