Ingredients
- 1300 grams of potatoes
- 150 grams Romano cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 small onion, minced
- bread crumbs
- salt and pepper

Boil potatoes whole in salted water

Peel and mash

Add egg yolks, onion, parsley, cheese, pepper and salt

Form balls

Beat egg whites slightly with 2 tablespoons water

Dip into egg whites
