Canadian Coffee

Ingredients

  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 4 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • COFFEE:
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup whiskey
  • 3 cups hot black coffee (double-strength)

Directions

  1. For topping Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside.

  2. FOr coffee Divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heat proof glass mugs or goblets. Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.

  3. Serve!
