Ingredients
- 10 Maccaroon cookies
- (crumbled)
- 4 lge. cans fruit (peaches, pears, pineapple chunks, apricots, well drained)
Directions

Butter a casserole pan, place half the cookie crumbles on bottom of pan. Dump fruit in pan. Cover with remaining crumbles.

Pour:

1/2 cup sherry

1/4 cup brown sugar
-
1/2 – 1 cup slivered almonds

over topping.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
