Mango Pudding

Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cup water
- 5 pkg gelatine
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 1 can Indian mango pulp
Directions

HOT STEP: Mix 3 cup of water, gelatines and sugar in a small pot. Boil.

COLD STEP: Mix 2 1/2 cup of water, whipping cream and mango pulp in a large mixing bowl.

Pour in the hot mix into the cold mix. Mix well.

Let it stand in the fridge overnight.
