Mango Pudding

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cup water
  • 5 pkg gelatine
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 500 ml whipping cream
  • 1 can Indian mango pulp

Directions

  1. HOT STEP: Mix 3 cup of water, gelatines and sugar in a small pot. Boil.

  2. COLD STEP: Mix 2 1/2 cup of water, whipping cream and mango pulp in a large mixing bowl.

  3. Pour in the hot mix into the cold mix. Mix well.

  4. Let it stand in the fridge overnight.
