Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 egg
- oil
- cold water
- butter
Directions

Combine flour, egg, oil and cold water

Roll out

Cut pieces of the butter and place on 1/2 of the dough

Smooth it out
-
Cover and leave in refrigerator 20 minutes

Roll out again
-
Repeat 5 times then let it rest for at least 2 hours

Section into 3 parts

With the cut part facing you, roll thin

Cut into pieces
-
Fill with any topping and bake at 350 until brown
-
Can also be made into pita
