Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 small package instant pudding (flavor of your choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large bowl, mix together butter, sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla extract. Stir well.

Add the eggs and stir well.

Mix in the flour and baking soda.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 minutes or until cookies are set around edges.

**Variations:
-
White Chip Oreo Cream Cookies- use cookies and cream instant pudding, fold in 24 chopped oreo cookies, and substitue chocolate chips with 2 cups of white chocolate chips.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies-use butterscotch instant pudding, fold in 1 (8 oz.) bag of mini Reese’s cups, and substitute chocolate chips with 1 (10 oz.) bag peanut butter chips.

White Chocolate Oreo Surprise Cookies-use white chocolate instant pudding, substitute chocolate chips with 2 cups of white chocolate chips. Flatten balls of dough and place an oreo cookie in the center. Fold edges over the top sot he cookie is completely covered. Bake for 10 minutes. Let cook on pans for 10 minutes before removing to wire racks.

Triple White Chocolate Bliss Cookies-follow directions for Oreo Cookie Surprise cookies except substitute oreo cookies with Hershey’s bliss white chocolate candies.
