Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 c. white sugar
- 1 3/4 c. cake flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- White Chocolate Frosting:
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 c. white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

Cake:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt white chocolate and butter in a medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir in milk, vanilla, eggs, and sugar. Mix very well.

Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.

Pour into a greased 9" round cake pan. Bake about 30 minutes. Cool a few minutes and then frost.

Frosting:
-
In a small saucepan bring milk, butter, and sugar to a rolling oil over medium heat. Boil for 1 minute and remove from heat.

Immediately stir in white chocolate chips and vanilla. Continue stirring until mixture is smooth.

Pour over warm cake and let set.
