Miracle Meat Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 c bread crumbs
  • 2 c mashed potatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 c miracle whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c chopped celery
  • 2 T sliced green onions
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 c salad dressing
  • 1/3 c milk
  • 2 T sliced green onions

Directions

  1. (Use the last three ingredients for the topping).

  2. Combine hamburger, bread crumbs, mashed potatoes, eggs, and miracle whip together and press on a 14 × 8 piece of foil.

  3. Combine cheese, celery, onions and salt and pepper and spread onto hamburger.

  4. Then roll up like a jelly roll beginning at narrow end.

  5. Chill several hours or overnight.

  6. Cut into size for serving.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Pour topping over slices.
