Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sherry
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1/2 pound broccoli, cut up
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions

Combine soy sauce, Sherry, cornstarch, garlic and 1/4 cup water

Set aside

In large skillet, stir fry chicken in hot oil for 1 minute

Add vegetables and mixture

Cook and stir until slightly thickened
