Shepherd’s Pie – Good

Cook time: 25 minutes
Ingredients
- 9 potatoes skinned and cubed
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 6 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 1 dash worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 15 oz green beans, drained
- 2 tsp all purpose flour
- 2 tsp milk
- 3 tbs water
Directions

e-heat oven to 350.

Boil potatoes in water 15 minutes, meanwhile brown the meat and drain the excess fat.

Add to ground beef: tomato sauce, parsley, W. sauce, salt, pepper, and greenbeans.

In a separate bowl add flour and water together and stir in beef.

Drain and mash potatoes, spread over beef mixture. Place 2-3 vent holes on top.

Bake for 25 minutes brushing milk over top of the potatoes for last 5 minutes.
