Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup corn flakes crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon butter
Directions
-
Preheat the over to 375 degrees
-
Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with a layer of foil. Set aside.
-
Trim any excess far from the chicken. If you like you can remove and discard the skin.
-
Combine the corn flake crumbs, garlic powder, oregano and paprika in a heavy-duty paper or plastic bag. Put 1 chicken piece in the bag, close the bag and shake a few times. Remove the now-coated chicken piece and place it on the baking sheet. Coat the other piece the same way.
-
Dot each chicken piece with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Bake chicken breasts for 40-45 minutes. The chicken is done when it gives off clear, not pink liquid when pieced with a fork.
