Teriyaki Chicken

Original recipe called for half as many ingredients for the teriyaki sauce, but I found that this was not enough. Original recipe used broiler for 6-8 minutes instead of oven

Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon corn oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
Directions

Combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, oil. ginger, garlic powder and black pepper in a medium sized bowl set aside.

Cut the chicken into strips 1/2 inch wide and 2 inches long.

Add the chicken to the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours so the flavor penetrates the chicken.

Preheat the oven to 425 degree. Once preheated, Cook for 5-6 minutes on one side, and 5-6 minutes on the other.
