Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons salted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon flour
Directions

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, the cinnamon and one tablespoon of heavy cream. Let the sauce bubble for about a minute to ensure the brown sugar melts into the butter and cream. Remove from the heat, and whisk in the flour and remaining tablespoon of cream. Set side to cool.
