Ingredients

• 1 cup half-and-half
• 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
• 1 cup fresh brewed coffee
• sweetened whipped cream

Directions

1. Combine half and half and syrup in a sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated (do not boil!).

2. Stir in coffee.

3. Serve with sweet whipped cream.
