Ingredients
- 1 tsp paprika or smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 to 3 1/2lb well-trimmed pork baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tabs packed brown sugar
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs soy sauce
Directions

Coat 4qt slow cooker with cooking spray

Combine paprika, salt, thyme and pepper; rub into meaty sides of ribs

Place ribs in slow cooker

Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH 3 to 3 1/2 hours or until ribs are tender but not falling off the bone

Combine ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; mix well

Remove ribs from slow cook; discard liquid

Coat ribs with sauce

Return to slow cooker

Cook on HIGH 30 mins or until ribs are glazed
