K.F.C. Original Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken cut into pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 package Good Seasons Italian Dressing
  • 1 envelope Lipton tomato soup
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 2/3 cups milk
  • Oil to 1/2" deep

Directions

  1. Combine eggs and milk and set aside
  2. Combine flour with dressing and soup mix

  3. Dip chicken in egg-milk mixture, roll in seasoning mixture

  4. Fry over medium heat for 20-30 minutes, turning often
