- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 chicken wings

Combine 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and ginger

Pour over chicken, stirring to coat

Combine remaining soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and 1 tablespoon water

In large skillet, brown chicken in hot oil
