Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground turkey breast
- 1 cup (4 ounces) reduced-fat shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well.

Form into 6 equal-sized patties.

Coat a Large skillet with cooking spray (Pam) and cook patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes per side, or until juices run clear and no pink remains.
