Ingredients
- 10 oz long grain rice
- 30 oz pistachio nuts
- 1/4 pt french dressing (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 oz sultanas
- salt and pepper
Directions

Cook rice, drain and rinse.

Turn onto large flat dish and allow to dry.

Blanch, split and chop pistachios (Mum says probably not worth bother – just chop them up).

Mix rice, dressing, sultanas, cinnamon and nuts together and season if necessary.
