Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 2lb bag has brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar

Directions

  1. Coat thawed hash browns with butter. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese for topping.

  2. Add remaining cheese and mix well

  3. Mix sour cream and cream of chicken soup.

  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Mix soup mixture with hash browns.

  6. Put into casserole dish.

  7. Top with reserved cheese

  8. COVER and bake in deep dish baker 1 hour and 20 minutes.
