Black Bean Spread

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked black beans (cooked from dry, or canned, drained)
- 1/3 cup sliced leek (white and light green parts only)
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor container fitted with a steel blade.

Cover and process until smooth.

Variation-add fresh chopped or canned jalapeno peppers to taste.
