Ham and Swiss Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) package shredded swiss cheese, divided
  • 1 (8 ounce) package macaroni, cooked and drained
  • 3 cups cooked ham, chopped

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream and 3/4 of the swiss cheese.

  2. Add in macaroni and ham; stir to combine (add salt and pepper if needed for seasoning).

  3. Transfer mixture to a 13×9 inch baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

  4. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.

  5. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
