Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 4 to 6 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1 large red pepper
- 6 oz dried apricots, diced
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 Tbsp horseradish
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Directions

Line small crock with plastic wrap.

Whip together cream cheese, butter and goat cheese.

Roast red pepper, peel and dice when cooled.

Simmer diced apricots in wine until all wine is absorbed. Stir in horseradish, preserves and mustard.

Alternate layers of cheese mixture and fruit mixture in prepared crock.

Chill in refrigerator, 5 hours.

Serve with bread or crackers.
