- 2 ripe peaches
- 2 large mozzarella balls, packed in liquid (8 oz)
- bunch of basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon white balsamic or champagne vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fruity extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
