Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (coarsely ground)
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper (or red pepper)
- 32 large shrimp, about 1 1/2 pounds, peeled and deveined
Directions

In a large bowl, mix the marinade ingredients.

Add the shrimp and toss to coat thoroughly.

Cover & refrigerate for up to 1 hour.

Remove shrimp and discard marinade.

Grill or cook in a grill pan for 2 to 4 minutes a side, turning once, over high heat.
