Personal Breakfast Pizzas

Ingredients

  • Pita Bread
  • Egg
  • Just undercooked bacon
  • Baby spinach
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees

  2. Put mozzarella cheese, spinach, and bacon on top of pita bread rounds.

  3. Put parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top and crack egg into the center of the pizza, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Bake for about 15-16 minutes, depending on how you like your eggs cooked.
