Super Creamy and Cheesy Mac and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups cheese

Directions

  1. Cook the macaroni and set aside.

  2. In a pot, melt the butter and mix in salt and pepper.
  3. Slowly add in the flour, stirring continuously.

  4. Gradually add the milk and stir the mixture until smooth.
  5. Add the cheese on a low heat and melt into the mixture.
  6. Once the mixture is at your desired consistency, mix in the drained macaroni.
