Fried Brown Rice with Asparagus and Almonds

Ingredients
- 2 T. rice vinegar
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 piece fresh ginger, grated
- 8 asparagus spears
- 3/4 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup canned garbanzo beans, rinsed, drained and chopped
- 2 T. slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 green onions, chopped
Directions

In a skillet combine vinegar, oil, garlic, ginger, and asparagus. Sauce for 5 minutes.

Add cooked rice and chopped beans, saute another 5 – 7 minutes.

Top with almonds and green onions
