Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 dl sugar (2kg)
  • 2.5 dl oil
  • 3 packet yeast
  • 3 Tbs salt
  • 7.5 dl water (luke warm) (6.5 is easier to work with)
  • 3 L whole wheat flour
  • .25 cup? gluten

Directions

  1. kneed

  2. let rise for 2h

  3. braid and egg

  4. let rise for .5h

  5. 30 min @150
