Corn Custard

Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 heaping tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

  1. Cream butter, sugar, flour and salt together. Break eggs into mixture and beat vigorously for 2 minutes. Add corn and milk, and beat again. Pour into buttered baking dish and bake at 350 until custard sets and browns.
