Ingredients
- 8oz velveeta
- 8oz sharp cheddar
- 8oz monterey jack
- 2 10oz frozen packages of chopped spinach
- 8oz mild taco sauce (or salsa)
- 4oz hot taco sauce (or salsa)
- Taco chips
Directions

Melt 3 cheeses in double boiler

Cook spinach. Drain well.

Add spinach and salsa to cheese.

Put in casserole dish. Bake.
