Ingredients
- 12 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 2 jalapenos, stemmed
- 1 onion, quartered
- salt
- splash of white vinegar
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
- juice of lime
Directions

Put tomatillos, jalapenos, and onion in sauce pan with vinegar and water to cover

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and poach until tomatillos are soft (approx 10 min). Drain.

Put in blender. Add cumin and puree.

Add cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Pulse to combine
