Salmon in Honey Orange Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/3 c orange juice
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 3 T peanut oil (salad oil can be used)
- 3 T catsup
- 1 T honey
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 salmon steaks
Directions

In 1 quart measure, mix all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon in shallow glass dish.

Pour marinade over salmon, cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Grill salmon about 5 minutes per side on hot grill until it flakes easily when lifted with a fork.
