Spinach Shells

Ingredients
- 1 10 oz pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c. feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese, small curd
- 1 egg white
- 12 jumbo pasta shells, cooked
- 1 14 1/2 oz can tomatoes
- 1/3 c. tomato paste
- 1 t. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; spoon evenly into shells, place in a lightly greased 8-inch baking dish.

Combine tomatoes and next 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Pour mixture over stuffed shells.

Bake covered at 350F for 25 minutes.

Uncover, sprinkle with mozzarella chese and bake 10 more minutes until cheese melts.
