Ingredients
- 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vanilla
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. vanilla
- 1 T. water
- 1/2 c. apricot preserves
- Fruit, in season
Directions

Use half of refrigerated sugar cookie dough; arrange on pizza pan. Can make small circles for individual servings.

Bake at 375F 12 minutes until slightly brown.

Cool.

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla. (Can just spread with cream cheese).

Spread over cookie.

Arrange sliced fruit over top.

Combine preserves with water in small saucepan and heat.

Cover fruit with glaze.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
