Fast Family Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 15oz containers ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese- shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese- grated, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 26oz ragu robusto pasta sauce
  • 12 pieces ronzoni lasagna- uncooked

Directions

  1. Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesean, eggs

  2. In 9×13 spread 1 cup sauce. Layer 4 uncooked lasagna pieces, 1 cup sauce, and 1/2 of ricotta mixture; repeat

  3. Top with 4 uncooked lasagna pieces and 2 cups of sauce

  4. Cover with foil. Bake 1 hr. Remove foil; sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake uncovered 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes.

  5. Serve with remaining sauce.

  6. *add 1 lb ground beef and spinach for a twist
