Vegan Multigrain Protein Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Bob’s 5-Grain Rolled Cereal
- 1/2 cups honey (maple or brown rice syrup)
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup peanut (or other nut) butter
- 2 t vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut, shredded
Directions

Mix together all ingredients, except coconut.

Shape into a long log, and roll in the shredded coconut.

Wrap in wax paper and freeze until hard.

Slice into 25 equal pieces
