Vegan Multigrain Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Bob’s 5-Grain Rolled Cereal
  • 1/2 cups honey (maple or brown rice syrup)
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup peanut (or other nut) butter
  • 2 t vanilla
  • 1/2 cup coconut, shredded

Directions

  1. Mix together all ingredients, except coconut.

  2. Shape into a long log, and roll in the shredded coconut.

  3. Wrap in wax paper and freeze until hard.

  4. Slice into 25 equal pieces
