Ingredients
- 6 oz graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz light cream cheese
- 1 c fat free strawberry yogurt
- 1 T honey
- 1/4 oz unsweetened gelatin
- 3/4 c water
- 1 1/2 c sliced strawberries
Directions

Beat cream cheese till smooth.

In sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup water.

Allow to soften for 1 minute.

Stir gelatin mix and remaining ½ cup water into cream cheese mixture.

Fold in ½ cup sliced berries.

Pour into crust.

Cover with foil and refrigerate over night. Top with remaining berries.
