Ingredients
- 2 lbs. string beans
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 t ground coriander
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T tomato paste
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 6 medium tomatoes peeled
- 1 T chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1/2 t paprika
- Juice of one lemon
Directions

Sauté the garlic and coriander in oil.

Add onions, cook for 10 minutes.

Add tomato paste, tomatoes and parsley. Mix in salt, pepper, paprika, lemon juice. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring.

Trim beans, cook for 15 minutes.

Mix beans and tomatoes.
