Ingredients
- 3 c cooked soybeans, drained
- 3/4 c flour
- 1/4 c nutritional yeast
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopper
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Garlic powder
- Chili powder
Directions

Cook soybeans in pressure cooker or crockpot until very soft.

Mash beans, add other ingredients.

Mix with hands.
