Pantos Mom’s Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c flour
  • 3 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 c water
  • 1/3 c. oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Mix dry ingredients.

  3. Add water and oil.

  4. Roll on cooking sheet.

  5. Bake 15 minutes.

  6. Add toppings

  7. Bake 15 minutes.

  8. For whole wheat crust use 1 ¼ c whole wheat flour and 1 ¼ c regular flour.
