Ingredients
- 1 pound asiago cheese
- 6 teaspoon chopped pine nuts
- 6 teaspoons chopped sage
Directions

Shred asiago cheese.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mound about 1 tablespoon of cheese on paper about 1 inch apart.

Sprinkle with chopped pine nuts and sage.

Bake at 425 until cheese is golden and the edges are slightly crisp, 8-10 minutes.

Remove each crisp with a thin spatula.
