Ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 large onion
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup bisquick mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 eggs

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees

2. Spray 9" pie plate.

3. Brown beef, onion, and drain. Stir in salt.

4. Spread in pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.

5. In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients and pour into pie plate.

6. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
