Tomato Pasta

Ingredients

  • 30 small tomatoes, type mini plum or cherry
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound freshly cooked pasta
  • 1 bunch fresh basil, just the leafs
  • olive oil
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan

Directions

  1. Place the tomatoes in an oven proof dish and drizzle with olive oil.

  2. Bake at 380F until the start to crack.

  3. Place the freshly cooked pasta in a bowl, add tomatoes, basil, olive oil and parmesan.

  4. Mix and serve.
