Avocado Crab Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 wholeAvocados, Seeded And Scooped
  • 1 TablespoonLemon Juice
  • 1 TablespoonChopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoonWorcestershire Sauce
  • 1 package8 Ounce Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cupsSour Cream
  • 1/4 teaspoonsSalt
  • 2 cans(7-ounce) Cans Crabmeat, Drained (can Use Fresh Or Frozen, Of Course)

Directions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine avocado, lemon juice, onion, and Worcestershire. Pulse until combined. (Leave some texture to the avocados.)

  2. Add cream cheese, sour cream, and salt. Pulse a couple of times. Stir in crab meat.

  3. Chill dip until needed. Keep in mind that the avocado will discolor within a few hours, so make no more than a couple of hours before serving!
